I agree with the opinion and I have two reasons to support my view.
The first reason is that we can accelerate the status of women in society greatly. Some might say that you can improve the status of women through individual effort without mandatory participation by law. However, in Japanese society and developed countries, you can not say it is fair to treat, or evaluate women's abilities and experiences based on old customs. We cannot wait for the evolution of respective consciousness and efforts. We can have appropriate equality and break custom with new laws.
The second reason is that we can have reflected opinions and issues of women by the participation of women in every board meeting at a company and political organizations. We can have better policy and products.
Because of the reasons above, I agree that a law should be passed in Japan establishing a minimum percentage of women in key positions in the government and major corporations. (162 words）

私は意見に同意し、私の見解を支持する2つの理由があります。
第一の理由は、社会における女性の地位を大幅に加速させることができるからです。法律で強制的に参加することなく、個人の努力によって女性の地位を向上させることができると言う人もいるかもしれません。しかし、日本社会や先進国では、昔ながらの習慣に基づいて、女性の能力や経験を扱ったり、評価したりするのは公平とは言えません。それぞれの意識と努力の進化を待つことはできません。私たちは適切に平等とし、新しい法律でその慣習を破ることができます。
第二の理由は、企業や政治団体の幹部会に女性が参加することで、女性の意見や課題を反映させることができるからです。私たちはより良い政策と製品を持つことができます。
上記の理由により、私は、政府および大企業の重要な地位にある女性の最低割合を確立する法律が日本で可決されるべきであることに同意します。
