     The first reason is that it contributes to discrimination against women. Some people might say that there are many men in key positions but women should gain key positions without depending on the law. 

     The second reason is that it also contributes to discrimination against men. Even if there is a man who has the ability to become a boss, the law prevents him from becoming one. Although there are only a few women in key positions, women should beat men by making efforts to achieve these positions. 

     For the reasons above, I am against the law establishing a minimum percentage of women in key positions in the government and major corporations. (125 words)

　そうは思わないです。私の見解を支持する理由は2つあります。

　第一の理由は、それが女性に対する差別に寄与するということです。男性は重要な地位にいると言う人もいるかもしれませんが、女性は法律に依存せずに重要な地位を獲得するべきです。

　第二の理由は、それが男性に対する差別にも寄与するということです。上司になる能力のある人がいたとしても、法律で上司になることは禁じられています。重要な地位にある女性はごくわずかですが、女性はこれらの地位を達成するために努力することによって男性を打ち負かす必要があります。

　上記の理由により、私は政府および大企業の重要な地位にある女性の最低割合を確立する法律に反対しています。
