Read the statement below and write a paragraph giving at least two reasons why you agree or disagree with it. Write your answer in English in the space provided on your written answer sheet. (It is suggested that you spend no more than 15 minutes on this section.)
People would be happier if they could live forever.
I do not think that people would be happier if they could live forever. I have two reasons to support my view.
The first reason is that living forever is not necessarily a good thing. This is because there are some people who do not want to live any longer because of sickness or lack of money. Some people might say that living longer may change their situations but they may be worse off.
The second reason is that people have to make more money. For example, they must work more to eat food, see a doctor and so on. Although some people might say that living forever is more important than money, money is essential to live life, which means people have to work for a longer time.
For these reasons, it is not necessarily a good thing that people could live forever to be happier. (147 words)

永遠に生きられれば幸せになるとは思いません。私の見解を支持する理由は2つあります。
第一の理由は、永遠に生きることは必ずしも良いことではないということです。病気やお金の不足でもう生きたくないという人もいるからです。長生きすると状況が変わるかもしれないが、悪化するかもしれないと言う人もいるかもしれません。
第二の理由は、人々はより多くのお金を稼がなければならないということです。たとえば、彼らは食べ物を食べるためにもっと働かなければならず、医者に診てもらう必要があります。お金よりも永遠に生きることの方が重要だと言う人もいるかもしれませんが、お金は生きるために欠かせないものです。つまり、人々はより長く働かなければなりません。
これらの理由から、人々が幸せになるために永遠に生きることができることは必ずしも良いことではありません。
