I do not think more people should become more vegetarian in the future. I have two reasons to support my view.
The first reason is that, eating food that people do not like is bad for their health. It will make them more stressed. Although eating vegetables is good for your health, there are some people who do not like them.
The second reason is that, eating more vegetables means reducing meat intake. It is a negative thing for people who like to eat meat. Some people might say that eating steaks robs many lives of animals, but eating more vegetables means the same thing for plants. It is strange to emphasize only protecting animal rights.
For the reasons above, I do not believe that the increase of the number of vegetarians is a positive thing. (136 words)

将来、もっと多くの人がもっとベジタリアンになるべきではないと思います。私の見解を支持する理由は2つあります。
第一の理由は、人々が嫌いな食べ物を食べることは彼らの健康に悪いということです。それは彼らをよりストレスにさせるでしょう。野菜を食べることは健康に良いのですが、嫌いな人もいます。
第二の理由は、野菜を多く食べることは肉の摂取量を減らすことを意味するということです。肉を食べるのが好きな人にとってはネガティブなことです。ステーキを食べると動物の多くの命が奪われると言う人もいるかもしれませんが、野菜をもっと食べることは植物にとって同じことを意味します。動物の権利を守ることだけを強調するのは奇妙です。
以上の理由から、ベジタリアンの増加は前向きなことではないと思います。
