TOPIC: Today, some companies allow their employees to wear casual clothes like jeans or T-shirts. Do you think the number of such companies will increase in the future?

I think such companies will increase in the future. I have two reasons to support my view.
The first reason is that wearing your favorite clothes is better for employees. This is because wearing their favorite clothes motivates them so they can enjoy working.
The second reason is that choosing clothes freely by themselves makes employees work more comfortably and increases the number of employees who want to work at such companies. It shows that flexibility and freedom is a value of the company. So it attracts many people or job applicants to work in such companies.
For these reasons, I think the number of companies which allow their employees to wear casual clothes will increase in the future. (119 words)

将来的にはそういう会社も増えると思います。私の見解を支持する理由は2つあります。
第一の理由は、お気に入りの服を着る方が従業員にとって良いということです。好きな服を着ることで、仕事が楽しくなるからです。
第二の理由は、自分で自由に服を選ぶことで、従業員がより快適に働き、そのような会社で働きたいと思う従業員が増えるからです。それは、柔軟性と自由が会社の価値であることを示しています。そのため、そのような企業で働くために多くの人々や求職者を引き付けます。
これらの理由から、今後は従業員にカジュアルな服装を認める企業が増えると思います。
