I think that the number of such companies will increase in the future. I have two reasons for this. The first reason is that wearing T-shirts and jeans makes employees feel more motivated in their work because they can choose their favorite clothes. They will work harder and produce better outcomes. The second reason is wearing casual clothes is good for companies. People can choose their clothes more easily according to the temperature, so companies can save on the money they spend for air conditioners or heaters. For these two reasons, I believe the number of companies which allow employees to wear casual clothes will increase in the future. (110 words)
