I think that the number of such companies will increase in the future. I have two reasons why. First, employees will feel motivated by wearing their favorite clothes. As a result, they will enjoy their work and work harder. Second, wearing casual clothes will make work more effective. For example, when you need to walk a lot, casual clothes make it comfortable to do so. So, employees will continue to contribute to their company more. With these two reasons, I believe that the number of companies that allow employees to wear casual clothes will increase in the future. (98 words)
